Procedure for batteries and panels which are dryformed |
|
|
|
Important to hold by following procedures:
- Check correctness of the panel/battery.
- Check for eventual mechanical damages
- Clean the dust and other dirt.
- Open cover on the lid of the panel.
- Pouring through opening of the lid sulphuric acid density (1.28+0.01,-0.01)kg/l and (1.23+0.01,-0.01)kg/l kept at room temperature
- All batteries and panels are soaked to level 20-25mm above the separators.
- Filled battery or panel needs to be stationed for not less than 3 hours, not to soak the electrolyte.
- After 3 hours, check the level of electrolytes and asses corrections with sulphuric acid.
- Remark: When measuring density and level of sulphuric acid, when needed undo the lid. After the measurements are finished close the lid.
- After the corrections are done, battery or panel needs to be dried and cleaned.
- Connect positive pole of the battery/panel with positive rectifier hatch and negative pole with negative source of the electric circuit.
